This week’s topic: Simplicity Finding True Peace of Mind
The simple pleasures of life. .. What brings us joy, serenity, love, and/or gratitude? Do we experience and appreciate the smallest of things? Noticing the beauty of a new bud waiting to open; feeling the warmth of friends in a gathering; looking at a sunrise over the ocean; smelling the fragrance of a favorite food; hearing the sound of a familiar song; or recognizing the smallness we feel in the universe. BEing aware of simplicity in our lives may bring clarity to what is truly important as well as what is unnecessary.

Weekly Exercise:
Each day choose to do or see something simple. Be present to the smallest of details to elevate the state in the moment.
